These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and Koboi89 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing all access to and use of the services, products, and features made available at koboi89.cam and any associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, or API-connected applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any of the Platform's services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account, if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date of their publication.

In these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be continuously satisfied throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The Platform strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with its international licensing obligations. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence. Persons under any form of legal guardianship, court-ordered financial management, or mental incapacity that impairs contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction designated as a Prohibited Jurisdiction. A current list of restricted regions is available from our support team upon request.
4. You must not be a self-excluded player on the Koboi89 platform or any affiliated platform, and you must not have an Account that has been suspended or terminated by the Platform for any reason.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party. All wagering and account activity must be conducted by the registered Account holder personally.

To access Real Money Play and all Platform services, you must complete the Account registration process. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

1. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The Platform employs device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended and balances forfeited.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. All details must match the identification documents you submit during KYC verification.
3. You are required to maintain the accuracy of your registration information. Any material change to your personal circumstances — including a change of name, address, or payment details — must be reported to the Platform's support team promptly.
4. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your Account. You must maintain your login credentials in strict confidence and must not share, sell, or transfer Account access to any other person.
5. The Platform reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at registration, before any withdrawal is processed, or at any time where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect Account misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

By using the Platform you agree to access and use the services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following general conditions of use apply:

1. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcomes of games and sports events are inherently uncertain. Past performance on the Platform is not indicative of future results.
2. All wagers placed are final once confirmed. Wagers may not be cancelled or modified after placement except as expressly permitted by specific product rules applicable to certain betting markets.
3. The Platform reserves the right to void any wager that is placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where the wager was placed in error due to a manifest technical fault, or where the wager was placed in a manner that exploits a pricing error.
4. You must not use the Platform in connection with any fraudulent scheme, money laundering activity, or the proceeds of any criminal enterprise. The Platform is subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
5. Automated betting tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, and scripting software are strictly prohibited. All wagering activity must be conducted manually by the registered Account holder.

Koboi89 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment channels serving the Malaysian market. The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

1. Accepted MYR deposit methods include: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency assets (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC at their MYR-equivalent value at time of deposit).
2. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. For e-wallet methods (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay), deposits are typically credited to your Account within thirty (30) seconds of successful payment authorisation. For FPX bank transfers, processing may take between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes.
3. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the Player is not a named holder, or anonymous prepaid instruments will be rejected and returned.
4. The Platform does not impose currency conversion charges for MYR deposits. For cryptocurrency deposits, the exchange rate applied is the live market rate at the time of deposit confirmation and is non-negotiable.
5. The Platform reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to Account verification status and compliance with all applicable terms. The following conditions apply:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no stated maximum on standard withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though the Platform reserves the right to stage large withdrawals over multiple payment cycles at its discretion.
2. Withdrawals may only be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule"). Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid instruments), the Platform will request alternative verified payment details.
3. Full KYC verification — including submission and approval of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and payment method ownership — is mandatory before any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 is processed.
4. Withdrawal requests submitted during the Platform's standard processing hours are typically actioned within one (1) to three (3) business hours for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals, and within one (1) to two (2) business days for bank account transfers.
5. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Real Money Play that satisfy all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Any unfulfilled wagering requirement balance will be voided upon withdrawal request.

Koboi89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
2. Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Account. Real Money deposits are wagered first. Bonus Funds are wagered only where a Player's Real Money Balance reaches zero, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
3. Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. A "new registrant" is defined as an individual who has not previously held a Koboi89 Account under any identity, payment method, device, or IP address. Abuse of the welcome offer structure — including account duplication for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses — is a serious breach of these Terms.
4. The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will have their entitlement honoured subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.
5. Bonus cashout caps apply to many promotions. Where a maximum cashout limit is stated, winnings exceeding that cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal, irrespective of the amount wagered to achieve those winnings.
6. Evidence of bonus abuse — including matched betting strategies using promotions, coordinated wager placement across related accounts, or systematic exploitation of low-margin or low-volatility games to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation, wagering history reversal, and potential account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

1. Registration by or on behalf of individuals under 21 years of age.
2. Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, device, IP address, or payment method combination.
3. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
4. Using the Platform to launder money, conceal the proceeds of criminal activity, or circumvent AML/CTF obligations.
5. Deploying automated betting tools, scripts, bots, or AI-assisted wagering systems.
6. Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live table games, or coordinate wager placement in ways that disadvantage the Platform or other Players.
7. Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reclaimed by the Platform.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward Platform staff or other Players through any communication channel.
9. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited under applicable local law or Platform policy.

All content available on the Koboi89 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game titles, graphics, video content, written copy, trade names, logos, icons, and interface design — is the exclusive property of Koboi89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property and does not grant you any right to:

1. Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display Platform content without express written consent;
2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or game code;
3. Create derivative works based on Platform content;
4. Use Platform trade names, logos, or brand assets in any context without prior written authorisation.

Any breach of the above conditions will result in immediate revocation of the access licence, Account termination, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property and computer misuse legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Koboi89 expressly excludes all liability for:

1. Any financial loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
2. Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, internet service provider issues, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control (force majeure);
3. Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on game outcome statistics, historical RTP data, or any informational content published on the Platform;
4. Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or any other payment service provider;
5. Any harm arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Platform's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Koboi89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms;
2. Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
3. Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
4. Detection of a duplicate Account;
5. Under-age gambling;
6. Prolonged inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A dormant Account maintenance fee of RM10 per month will be applied to any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated;
7. At the Player's own request, pursuant to a self-exclusion request under the Platform's Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon Account termination by the Platform for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, the eligible real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and wagering requirement-dependent winnings) will be returned via the Player's last verified payment method within thirty (30) days.

Koboi89 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, all of which are accessible to every registered Player at no cost:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect. A limit increase is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
2. Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold per calendar day, week, or month. Upon reaching the limit, Real Money wagering is suspended for the applicable period.
3. Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout timers.
4. Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing elapsed session time and net wagering position are available via Account settings.
5. Self-Exclusion: A Player who wishes to stop gambling may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months up to five (5) years, or indefinitely. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and the Platform arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the services provided by the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure:

1. Submit a written complaint to the Platform support team, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and the remedy sought.
2. The Platform will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will aim to provide a final response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
3. Where the complaint cannot be resolved internally, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by the Platform's licensing authority.

You acknowledge that your access to the Platform may be subject to local laws in Malaysia and that the Platform makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.

Koboi89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made — meaning any change that substantively affects Players' rights or obligations — the Platform will:

1. Publish the revised Terms on the Platform at koboi89.cam/terms-conditions with a revised effective date;
2. Notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of any material change, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
